It’s been a transformative year since I shared some thoughts on the opportunity for designers to pivot into fintech. One year ago, the hiring landscape in design (and tech) was INSANE — we could not hire fast enough. The world, and our fintech space, has witnessed significant macro shifts:

  • The grip of the crypto winter
